  I have had a couple of bad experiences here. Was told they had no cheesy bite bases when I was ordering with a discount offer. Next person in asked for same but at full price and they were given what i was told they didn't have. Gave them the opportunity to deal with it and didn't even get a response.

  Staff are really unprofessional with a don't care less attitude. When I complained they just said they are a franchise and laughed. Not sure what being a franchise has to do with this but if I was the owner I would sack them all and if I was Pizza Hut I would strip them of the franchise if this is the attitude they have.

  Ordered previously wasn't great. So decided to give it another chance told them I want extra puree and cheese because last time I ordered I felt it was less. But hey on-point this time round!

  This branch have suddenly decided they don't deliver to our area anymore. They used to, but now they don't. They do still post menus through our door however.
